| Terms & Conditions Cancellation
- For wholesale purchase, cancellation notice must be submitted
either by phone/email no later than 24 hours after the order is placed.
During this period if an order has not been sent to the warehouse for
processing yet then we can cancel the order. However, due to the high
cost of fulfillment and restocking operations, if the order has already
gone into the processing period then any cancellation will incur a 25%
restocking fee. We advised our customers to please make sure you identify
the Shoes & Handbags that
you wish to purchase before completing the transaction.
Backorder/Out of stock items - Please note that due to our large selection
of products and fast overturn rate, it is sometimes not possible for us
to fulfill 100% of the order. The missing items are either out of stock
or in backorder/discontinued status. We will ship out whatever we have
in stock and will ONLY charge on the products that we have shipped out.
You will NOT be charged for the items that are out of stock or backorder/discontinued
and the shipping cost will be adjusted accordingly. For the missing items,
manufacturers may/may not restock the items until a much later date. Therefore,
in order to avoid long delays, the order is considered as completed unless
otherwise specified.
Large Order - Order that is more than$2000
is considered as large order. For payment with credit card, we will have
to charge 50% as a deposit to process the order, and another 50% when
the order is completed and shipped. For wire transfer, money order, and
Paypal payment must be paid in full before processing. COD for large order
must have a credit card on file.
Special/Custom Order - Special custom order requested by the customer
will not be refundable or exchangeable unless product is damaged during
transit. Order with special order status will be communicated to the customer
for approval prior to processing.
Pre-Sale items - If you purchase a combination of presale and regular
items, we will ship out the regular items first and will ship out the
presale items when they become available. You will be charged the full
amount when we ship out the regular items to avoid double authorization
from your credit card company. If you purchase the presale items only,
you will be charged only when we ship out the presale items. Please email

Product Condition - All products are examined and sold
NEW to our customers. We work closely with our factory such to get the
latest and newest product to you. Please note that the package box may
be sometime distorted due to shipping conditions beyond our control.
Order Processing - It takes about 1-5 business days to process your order.
We will make every attempt to ship your items on the same day you placed
the order if they are in stock. Your shipping methods "UPS Ground,
2nd Day, or Next Day" will apply after we processed your order. For
large orders, we may utilize common freight carriers instead. We now have
an "availability" status indicator for each product so that
you can estimate when the order will be shipped. If you purchase a combination
of products with different availability status please use the longest
duration as guidelines. Delays may occur due to backorder, out of stock,
or discontinued items
Order Status - Order status are updated on an ongoing basis.
Pricing - All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Liability - FeGrow.com will not be responsible or liable for any labor,
or incidental or consequential damage of any kind as the result of the
product usage. Buyer shall assume the responsibility for operating the
product in a safe manner and acknowledge any product risk. In no event
shall our liability exceed the cost of the goods.
Payment Methods
FeGrow.com accepts the following payment methods:
1) Prepaid Wholesale Account
2) Credit Cards - VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Your credit card will be charged once your order is shipped. Your current
billing address and phone information must be included with every order.
For safety and security reasons, orders will be shipped to the billing
address only, unless your shipping address is on file with your credit
card company as an alternate shipping address.
3) Company Checks, Cashiers checks or Money Orders payable to: FeGrow
Innovative Products Inc.
Please note that your order will be processed once we have received the
cashier check or money order. For company check, we will process the order
once the check is cleared from the bank.
4) COD
We accept COD from established customers only. New customers must use
other methods for purchase. COD payment can be in the form of cashier
check, money order, or company check.
For all COD orders, we will need to keep a record of your credit card
information for security purpose. Any refused COD order will incur a 25%
restocking fee and the appropriate shipping cost.
5) Wire Transfer- Instructions will be given via a confirmation email
once an order is placed.
For International customers we only accept Wire Transfer or International
Money Order as payment method
Return Policy
For FeGrow.com, we will replace the product or issue a refund at no cost
to the customers if the product is delivered within one of these 2 conditions.
Wrong product - If you get the wrong part due to our shipping mistake,
please notify us within 2 business days and we will arrange for you to
return the incorrect parts (at our expense) and we will ship you the correct
part or give you a full refund (including shipping charges).
Defective Product - If you received a defected product, please notify
us within 2 business days and we will assign a RMA for you to return the
product (at our expense) back to us. After we have examined and confirmed
the defective product, we will get a new one out to you right away.
Please note that no returns will be accepted without an RMA # and after
14 days.
Any refused shipment sent back to FeGrow.com does not constitute the
right to a refund or credit. The customer will have to make arrangements
with FeGrow.com to receive the refused shipment again. All refused shipment
returned to FeGrow.com for credit is subject to 25% re-stocking fee and
deduction of shipping cost.
Products returns or refund will be made only if the return meets the above
guidelines. Product returned without adhere to the above conditions will
result in the return of the product to the customer and additional shipping/handling
charge on the customer.
14 Days Returns Procedures
All return item must be accompanied by an Returned Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number. You have 14 days from the day you received your product
to file for a return with the guidelines below. This return is subject
to a 25% restocking fee. You can request a RMA number by sending an email
to sales@FeGrow.com the following information:
Your name
Your phone number
Your billing address
Your e-mail address
Your original order number
Reasons for returning the item
Note: Returns without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.
In the return package, please include a copy of your email invoice and
your RMA number.
Please note that a RMA number is only valid for 14 days after its issuance,
therefore merchandise cannot be returned after the RMA number expires.
Credit back to your credit card will take 30 days to appear on your credit
card from the day we received the product.
Wholesale Policy
Wholesale purchases must be at least $200 minimum per order. For each
style and color of shoe that you like to purchase, you must order at least
one case of them. For handbags, you must order at least 12 bags, minimum 2 bags per each style per color.
We understand that you as customers have your own deadlines to meet,
and we will try our best to meet those deadlines. However, due to the
high turnover rate of the products, there are times when deadlines just
could not be met. We apologize in advance for such inconvenience. Please
make sure you place your order well in advance so that the chances for
missing the deadlines are minimal.

that are uniquely designed. The design and trademark of these Shoes & Handbags are
patented by our manufacturers and suppliers; therefore, we discourage
